What does it mean when your partner cheats on you in a dream, or all your teeth fall out? Which symbols do dreams use to send us health messages?
Dreams can be baffling and obscure. But they communicate in a symbolic and metaphoric language. When we familiarise ourselves with this, it's incredible to unwrap the deeper meaning within our dreams.
In today's episode, Dr. Clare Johnson unpacks four highly common dreams, including dreams where we flee, and dreams of vehicles.
She explores why it's vital to trust your gut when figuring out the meaning of your dream, rather than accepting another person's authority and their imposed idea of what your dream means.

Have you ever teleported, or been pulled up by an invisible force in your lucid dreams? Every night, we travel out of our physical body and enter a dream body. While our physical body sleeps in bed, we climb mountains without getting out of breath, swim for miles underwater, or fly Superman-style through the dream sky.
Dr. Johnson explores lucid dream travel through the lens of two categories: involuntary and voluntary. She talks about being sucked backwards or downwards out of the dream scene, the lucid void, and time-travel in dreams. She shares her highly lucid experiences within spaces of light, where she is sometimes shown the mysteries of the universe in the form of codes and chains of light. In such lucid dreams, time does not exist and everything is divinely interconnected.
